Food is love

Food is one of my favorite thing in my life. I am very foody type of girl that loves to eat. My mom cooks very tasty and delicious food for me. So I got addicted to her tasty food. When she was cooking I was noticing her how she is cooking and from her I got inspired. And I slowly started to make afford to cook different varieties of delicious and tasty food which is healthy to our health.

Chicken Manchurian

Ingredients:
1. Chicken 800gms
2. Eggs 2
3. Refined flour 3/4 cup
4. Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
5. Ginger paste 1/2 tsp

For deep frying
6. Vegetable oil 2 tsp
7. Garlic, finely chopped 1tsp
8. Onions, finely chopped 1/2 cup
9. Capsicum, finely chopped 1 large

For sauce
10. Corn flour (blended) 3tsp
11. Water 1/2 cup
12. Vinegar 2 tsp
13. Salt 2 tsp
14. Soya sauce 2 tsp
15. Tomato pure 1/2 cup
16. Celery chopped 1 tsp
17. Water 2 cups

Recipe:
Mix together the chicken, eggs, flour, garlic and ginger paste leave this for 5 to 10 mins.

Heat the oil, keeping the heat high drop mixture of chicken and fry to a golden brown. Drain on absorbent proper till required.

Heat 2 tsp oil and flir. Fry the garlic and onion in it over high heat till the onion look glossy. Add the capsicum and turned around for few times.

Add the sauce mixture and simmer until the sauce thickens and becomes translucent.

Add the fried chicken turn around few times and serve.
